Because of the nature of the job, other companies could not provide the work I needed. Therefore, I have no one to compare ITG with to know if, indeed, they did the correct work at the right price. The only concern I have now is that I was told it would be best to tighten the bolts used to secure the walls. I have neither the tools nor the expertise to do so. I would have appreciated having this as part of the contract."

Cliff Wertz introduced himself and I was immediately impressed at his confidence that he would be able to complete the job alone and quickly. As the CIO of a company which needs me available all of the time I wasn't able to supervise the work. As someone that likes to "roll up his sleeves" whenever there's a project to be done, I felt comfortable with Cliff as if he was someone that I've worked with for years. I was comfortable enough to allow him to do his job without looking over his shoulder or being at the home at all, which I wasn't.
